Returns the ON CONFLICT mode of the statement that called xUpdate for an INSERT or UPDATE: SQLITE_ROLLBACK, SQLITE_IGNORE, SQLITE_FAIL, SQLITE_ABORT or SQLITE_REPLACE. Only xUpdate may call it.
