Returns the ON CONFLICT mode of the statement that called xUpdate for an
INSERT or UPDATE: SQLITE_ROLLBACK, SQLITE_IGNORE, SQLITE_FAIL, SQLITE_ABORT
or SQLITE_REPLACE. Only xUpdate may call it.

Wasm type `i(i)`. Signature `["sqlite3_vtab_on_conflict", "int", "sqlite3*"]`
from SQLite's table.
