Returns the address of a result column as NUL-terminated UTF-8 text that can contain NUL characters, so read its length with sqlite3_column_bytes afterwards. Returns NULL for SQL NULL and when out of memory, which sqlite3_errcode tells apart; the text stays valid until the next step, reset or finalize, or a conversion by another column call.

Wasm type i(ii). Signature ["sqlite3_column_text", "*", "sqlite3_stmt*", "int"] from Evolu's supplement: SQLite's build replaces it with a JavaScript proxy that keeps embedded NUL characters (proxy-text-apis).
