Returns the address of a result column as NUL-terminated UTF-8 text that can
contain NUL characters, so read its length with [sqlite3\_column\_bytes](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/sqlite-wasm/c-api/functions/sqlite3_column_bytes)
afterwards. Returns NULL for SQL NULL and when out of memory, which
[sqlite3\_errcode](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/sqlite-wasm/c-api/functions/sqlite3_errcode) tells apart; the text stays valid until the next step,
reset or finalize, or a conversion by another column call.

Wasm type `i(ii)`. Signature `["sqlite3_column_text", "*", "sqlite3_stmt*",
"int"]` from Evolu's supplement: SQLite's build replaces it with a JavaScript
proxy that keeps embedded NUL characters (proxy-text-apis).
