A route whose reconciliation has not ended: its transport is not open, a request or a received frame is outstanding, a replicated write is queued, or a round must still be sent through it.

failure

The failure since the route last settled, or null. The first failure in a reply requests one round through the route; a later one, or a failure to create a round, waits for the next round another event requests, such as Evolu.requestSync or a reopen.

The first change skipped in the latest reply that skipped one, or null. The relay offers it again in every round through the route until this database stores a change with that timestamp.
