Returns the rows changed by the connection's most recently completed INSERT, UPDATE or DELETE, without changes by triggers, foreign key actions or REPLACE; other statements leave it unchanged, except a DROP TABLE that, with foreign keys on, first deletes the rows of a table that foreign keys reference.
