Binds n bytes to a parameter; a negative n is undefined behavior. A NULL address binds SQL NULL, so an empty blob needs a non-NULL address.

Wasm type i(iiiii). Signature ["sqlite3_bind_blob", "int", "sqlite3_stmt*", "int", "*", "int", "*"] from Evolu's supplement: SQLite binds it by hand to accept typed arrays.
