SyncState - API reference

A snapshot of the transports and databases the shared worker manages. Each part is a union of the states the worker keeps for it, so each part holds only the fields valid for its state. Apps derive what to show with syncStateToOwnerSyncStatus; see Sync state in this module's documentation.
