```ts
function allocWasm(
  deps: SqliteWasmDep,
): (byteLength: number) => Result<SqliteOwnedPtr, SqliteNoMemError>;
```

Defined in: [packages/sqlite-wasm/src/Memory.ts:49](https://github.com/evoluhq/evolu/blob/bc4578a260dd15d5bbf94b83765ca05984d194cb/packages/sqlite-wasm/src/Memory.ts#L49)

Allocates at least one byte with `sqlite3_malloc`, so a zero-length value
keeps a non-NULL address.

A request above [maxInt32](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/sqlite-wasm/variables/maxInt32) fails without calling `sqlite3_malloc`, which
takes a C int and would wrap it.
