Returns the byte length of the blob or UTF-8 text the preceding
[sqlite3\_value\_blob](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/sqlite-wasm/c-api/functions/sqlite3_value_blob) or [sqlite3\_value\_text](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/sqlite-wasm/c-api/functions/sqlite3_value_text) call returned, without
the NUL terminator; 0 for NULL.

Wasm type `i(i)`. Signature `["sqlite3_value_bytes", "int",
