Returns the number of rows changed by INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE statements on
the connection since it opened, counting trigger and foreign key action
changes but not REPLACE conflict deletions. Other connections do not change
it, and other statements do not either, except a DROP TABLE that, with
foreign keys on, first deletes the rows of a table that foreign keys
reference.

Wasm type `j(i)`. Signature `["sqlite3_total_changes64", "i64", "sqlite3*"]`
from SQLite's table.
