Returns 0 when zStr matches the LIKE pattern zGlob with escape character
cEsc, or none for 0, and non-zero otherwise. Like SQL's LIKE operator, it
folds only ASCII case.

Wasm type `i(iii)`. Signature `["sqlite3_strlike", "int", "string", "string",
"int"]` from SQLite's table.
