Sets an application-defined function's result to an SQL NULL carrying pPtr,
which [sqlite3\_value\_pointer](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/sqlite-wasm/c-api/functions/sqlite3_value_pointer) returns for an equal type name. SQLite
keeps zPType itself, so it must outlive the value, and calls a non-NULL
xDestructor with pPtr when done with it.

Wasm type `v(iiii)`. Signature `["sqlite3_result_pointer", undefined,
"sqlite3_context*", "*", "string:static", "*"]` from SQLite's table.
