Allocates memory like [sqlite3\_malloc](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/sqlite-wasm/c-api/functions/sqlite3_malloc) with a 64-bit size, returning
NULL when out of memory or for zero bytes.

Wasm type `i(j)`. Signature `["sqlite3_malloc64", "*", "i64"]` from SQLite's
table.
