Returns the schema name of the connection's N-th database, where 0 is main
and 1 is temp, or NULL when N is out of range. SQLite owns the string, which
any schema change, such as ATTACH, DETACH, [sqlite3\_serialize](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/sqlite-wasm/c-api/functions/sqlite3_serialize) or
[sqlite3\_deserialize](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/sqlite-wasm/c-api/functions/sqlite3_deserialize), can free.

Wasm type `i(ii)`. Signature `["sqlite3_db_name", "string", "sqlite3*",
"int"]` from SQLite's table.
