Returns the absolute filename of a schema of the connection, valid until the
schema is detached or the connection closes, or NULL or an empty string for a
temporary or in-memory database or an unknown schema. A non-NULL result can
be passed to the `sqlite3_uri_*` functions.

Wasm type `i(ii)`. Signature `["sqlite3_db_filename", "string", "sqlite3*",
"string"]` from SQLite's table.
