Closes a connection. With unfinalized statements the close is deferred and
the connection keeps its files open.

Wasm type `i(i)`. Signature `["sqlite3_close_v2", "int", "sqlite3*"]` from
Evolu's supplement: SQLite binds it by hand to release JavaScript callbacks
first.
