The status of a [RelaySyncState](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/common/local-first/Shared/interfaces/RelaySyncState), from [relaySyncStateToStatus](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/common/local-first/Shared/functions/relaySyncStateToStatus):
`Error` when its route has a failure or a skipped change, the failure first;
otherwise `Synced` when the route is complete, `Syncing` while the
transport's connection is `Connecting` or `Open`, and `Offline` while it is
`Disconnected`.
