Brands the string Output of a [templateLiteral](https://evolu.dev/docs/api-reference/common/Type/functions/templateLiteral) with a transformed
capture Type.

TypeScript cannot prove from a string literal alone that such a capture is
canonically encoded, so the string must be validated or created with `to`.
